Efrain Rodriguez

Founder & CEO

Efrain is an armed forces veteran, having served in the US Army. With more than two decades of sales, marketing and management experience in the B2B and B2C industries, Efrain has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to succeed in the business world.

Felix Zapata

Director of Operations
10+ years with BizCentral USA

Felix manages, directs and implements operations, strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals. He closely monitors production teams for quality assurance and product-cycle adjustments. Ultimately ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Andrea Ortega

Nonprofit Service Manager

Andrea has a background in nonprofit startups and managing one. Prior to BizCentral, she was the Executive Director for a nonprofit in Central Florida. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Nonprofit Management and is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Affairs at UCF. She will be overseeing the nonprofit production team and ensuring our products are delivered timely and accurately.

Ashley White

Customer Care

Ashley administers the customer care process by assisting clients after they’ve made their purchase. She studied pharmaceuticals and Computer Science. She has a  passion for dogs and works closely with Rescues as well as foster. She hopes to be a programmer one day and to start her own Dog rescue.

Krystal Hunter

Accounts Receivable

Krystal has 2 years experience in accounting and 15 years experience in customer service. She assists with payments, payment plans, and finalization of orders.

Abigail Delia

Receptionist

Abigail assists in our reception by answering incoming calls and forwarding the calls to their respected owners. She conducts various administrative tasks in our front desk as well as provide superb customer service. She held many management positions in the telemarketing industry. She loves to help others and practices what she loves as a Minister/ Leader for the Rock Churches Worldwide here in Orlando, Fl.

Brenda Jimenez

Business Consultant

Brenda assists in educating nonprofit organizations with the tools and knowledge needed for success. Has a degree in business marketing and management. Prior to being a part of the team she specialized in financial consulting and has a passion for helping others.

Hector specializes in business plan writing and preparing minority business certification applications. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration.

Amber graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She now assists startup nonprofit organizations in achieving their tax-exempt status.

Service Coordinator

Gaby graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing. She also graduated from the University of Leeds in England with a Master’s degree in Linguistics. She is experienced in multiple areas of client-based communication and projects. She now helps nonprofit organizations who are pursuing 501c3 approval.

Angel is a graduate from the University of Central Florida. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and now helps the company build and maintain their site, as well as the sites of numerous clients.

Don is a graduate from the University of Central Florida. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and now helps the company build and maintain their site, as well as the sites of numerous clients.

Ciara McCoy

Graphics Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Ciara graduated from Saint Leo University with a double Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Multimedia Management. She specializes in graphic design needs as well as managing social media and other digital marketing strategies.
