Q. What is the process?

A. After you sign up for the service, we email you an order confirmation and service agreement, after you acknowledge this, we will forward you another email providing you access to our client only web tools & questionnaire, after you complete this online questionnaire, we will call you within 48 hrs to set up a conference call with your service consultant. During this call the consultant will confirm information, ask you questions, answer any of your questions and begin to work on your project.

Q. What are the state fees?

A. Most states charge between $75-$125 for filing the articles of lnc., you will pay this directly to the state.

Q. Is there an expedited process?

A. Yes, we can expedite the process. Most states can also expedite the process, however there will be extra fees. If you are interested, we can give you details on cost & time.

Q. Do I need a Registered Agent?

A. No, unless you are incorporating outside of the state in which you operate. You will also need to register in your state as a foreign corporation doing business locally.

Q. Why should I choose to incorporate in a different state?

A. Some states are very pro business and offer a variety of tax & business laws beneficial to employers. You would have to consult with an attorney or accountant to learn more about the benefits and if this will benefit you specifically, there are more cost, time and steps to incorporate outside your state.

Q. What is an S Corp?

A. S-Corporation is a special tax status filed with the IRS. It is very popular for small business.

Q. Do I need a Fictious Name?

A. No, your corporate name is a fictitious name however some people choose to register another name perhaps a smaller version (Also known as a DBA) (Example: BizCentral USA, Inc. DBA=BizCentral)

Q. What is your experience with the Incorporation?

A. Because we are a low price leader we process these in volume, that gives us experience so we know how to do this right the first time and in every state of the country.

Q. How will I know if my name will be approved?

A. Our representative will do a name search prior to completing the incorporation documents.

Q. What is included in the Corporate Book?

A. The book is a black binder and commonly used to store articles, bylaws, meeting minutes, stock certificates, stock
ledger and more. It also comes with a steel embosser which is used to "punch" seal on key corporate documents.

Q. Why do I need a Corporate Book?

A. The book is a convenient way to keep all corporate records in one location and easily accessible. If you are sued or
audited, your records will be requested and it would not be good to have these lost or not updated.
