Efrain Rodriguez
CEO & Founder
Efrain Rodriguez, CEO and founder of BizCentral USA, is a military veteran with over four years of service in the United States Army. With more than two decades of sales, marketing and management experience in the B2B and B2C arenas, Efrain has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to succeed in the business world. As a serial entrepreneur who has built BizCentral USA and all of its subsidiaries, CharityNet USA, ChurchNet USA and HelpNet USA from the ground up, he now strives to assist other small businesses and nonprofits in succeeding in the startup and growth of their own organizations.
Formerly District Sales Manager for Office Depot, Efrain won dozens of top marquee accounts and developed base business with over 2,500 companies; generating over $40 million in revenue for the company. Additional experiences include tenures with two other major corporations; PepsiCo, where he was responsible for key account management and category development in seven major retail chains and Proctor & Gamble Co., where Efrain led $12 million in key account business development.
Throughout his career, Efrain has been actively involved with serving the community and nonprofit organizations throughout the nation. His engagement in volunteerism with the United Way and founding of RewardsNet, a nonprofit fundraising program, has aided thousands of people and communities in need of assistance.
When Efrain is not busy running his own business, he spends his time catching up on a few games of golf and enjoying quality time with his wife and two children.
Hispanic, bilingual and currently certified by the SBA, Efrain received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Inter American University in San Juan, PR.

Felix Zapata
Director of Operations
Felix Zapata manages, directs, and implements operations, strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of division's goals. He closely monitors production sections to increase product quality and decrease cycle time. He ensures that all operations run smoothly and operate efficiently. Felix also assisted new companies with their incorporations, counseled and helped established companies in obtaining minority business certifications and assisted non profit organizations with their 501c3 tax-exempt status requests. He has more than 17 years in the business and finance industries. Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, he served as Senior Account Executive for Countrywide Financial Corporation and Branch Manager for American General Finance Corporation. Felix Zapata received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Melanie Swift M.N.M
Director of Non Profit Services
Melanie Swift is experienced in all aspects of non profit administration and mission-focused management; including grant writing, resource development, volunteer recruitment and retention, strategic planning, and IRS tax law compliance for both public and private non profit organizations. Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, she had provided non profits of all sizes and in all stages of their life cycles with strategic management consulting assistance, assisted charities, churches, and other organizations with compliance maintenance in all 50 states, and provided evaluation and assessment of the quality and efficiency of volunteer service programs, in both non profit and government sector organizations. Melanie received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, as well as a Masters in Non Profit Management from University of Central Florida.
