2. Print the Document Checklist.

3. Submit items listed on Document Checklist. Items can be submitted via:

4. After all your information is received by email you will be sent the following financial statements within 10 to 15 business days:

   1. Bank Reconciliation
   2. Profit & Loss Statement
   3. Balance Sheet
